Wendeline S. Batten is a Georgia-licensed attorney and founder of Batten Law, where she focuses her practice on Estate Planning and Probate Administration. She is admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

A Raleigh, North Carolina native, Wendeline grew up playing tennis and riding horses. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English, with a Minor in Spanish, from North Carolina State University in 2012, where she served as Captain of the Equestrian Dressage Club Team. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Elon University School of Law in 2015, where she served as Chair of the Honor Council, Vice Chair of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, and was a member of the Elder Law Society.

 

Her practice focuses on helping individuals and families plan for the future and navigate the probate process with clarity and care. Since her father's passing in 2021, she knows the pain and burden of grief. Her goal is to do the legal heavy lifting for you, so you can focus on what matters most- working through the healing process with your loved ones.

Outside the office, Wendeline enjoys spending time with her husband, J. Burke Batten, and their three daughters. She is fiercely devoted to her family and her law practice, giving 100% of her time and focus to each - therefore, she will respond to inquiries received after normal business hours the following business day.
